1. About Alikely
Alikely is an AI-assisted visual shopping service that helps you find affordable, legitimately-sold lookalike products from third-party retailers. A "lookalike" (or "dupe") is an independent product that shares a style or silhouette — it is not a counterfeit and does not use another brand's trademarks or logos. Alikely is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or selling on behalf of any designer or brand we reference.
2. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to create an account. Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information.
3. Membership, free trial & billing
Alikely is a paid membership of $9.99 per month, starting with a 30-day free trial. We collect your payment method when you begin the trial but do not charge you during it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid membership begins automatically and renews monthly until cancelled. Billing is handled securely by Stripe.
4. Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel anytime — email hello@alikely.net or use your account. Cancel any time before day 30 of your free trial and you won't be charged at all. After the trial, membership is billed monthly in advance; because you get immediate access to the service each month, monthly fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop all future charges — you'll keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Nothing here limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
5. Third-party retailers & affiliate disclosure
Purchases happen on third-party retailers' own websites. Their prices, availability, shipping, returns, and product quality are their responsibility, not ours. Prices and ratings shown on Alikely are indicative and may differ at checkout. Alikely may earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, reverse-engineering, reselling access, or using Alikely to infringe others' rights or break the law.
7. Intellectual property
The Alikely name, site, and content are ours. Product names and images belong to their respective retailers and owners and are shown for reference.
8. Disclaimers
Alikely is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that a match will be identical, that products will remain available, or that prices are current. The service and any recommendations are provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alikely is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any issue arising from products, transactions, or content on third-party retailers.
10. Changes
We may update the service or these terms; we'll post the new effective date here. Continued use means you accept the changes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
